The Company is incorporated as a non-profit company without members and is operated exclusively for religious, charitable, educational, philanthropic and benevolent purposes and on a non-profit basis. The company applies all of its assets and income, however derived, to advance its stated objects set out in memorandum of incorporation.

In addition, in pursuit of the stated objects, the Company shall function as and comply with all the requirements of a Public Benefit Organisations as envisaged in section 18A(1) of the Income Tax Act.
